Welcome to the official website of Maritime Mega II – Caching the Capital!

We’re very proud and excited to be hosting GC3QME4, the first mega event to take place in the province of New Brunswick and only the second in the Maritimes. We’re welcoming the world to Fredericton on July 20^th, 2013 to experience our city and province with fun activities and satellite events taking place all weekend long.

Our Mega will be held on the spacious, beautifully landscaped grounds of the Hugh John Flemming Forestry Center which offers us, among other things, an auditorium, catering, plenty of parking and outdoor space to spread out and enjoy the day. It’s also within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shopping and the wonderful trails of the UNB Woodlot, which is a cachers’ haven.

Other activities and satellite events will be taking place all over the city and beyond, both before and after the main event and will offer something for everyone.

We hope you will head our way next summer and join us in our celebration of everything we love about Geocaching here in the Maritimes.

 

Bienvenue au site web du 2ième Mega des Maritimes – Géocaching dans la Capitale!

C’est notre plaisir et fierté d’être vos hôtes pour GC3QME4, le premier événement Méga du Nouveau-Brunswick et seulement le deuxième des provinces maritimes. Nous vous souhaitons la bienvenue à Frédéricton, le 20 juillet 2013, pour des activités amusantes et une série d’évènements qui auront lieu tout au long de la fin de semaine.

Notre Méga aura lieu sur le terrain spacieux et bien aménagé du Centre forestier Hugh John Flemming, où nous aurons également accès à des salles de réunion, une cafeteria et un ample terrain de stationnement en plus de grands terrains extérieurs pour prendre avantage de la journée. Le centre à proximité de plusieurs restaurants, magasins et des merveilleux sentiers peuplés avec plusieurs géo-caches qui font l’envie des geocachers.

Il y aura aussi d’autres activités et des évènements satellites dans la ville et les environs, avant et après l’évènement principale, qui offriront quelque chose pour tous.
