eastriver, Canada’s First Geocacher,  will give a talk, and question period, on the beginning of Geocaching in Canada. He placed GCBBA (originally GC41) in June of 2000.  With him will be the original logbook and he will have “special buttons” for those who have visited Canada’s First Geocache.
 
About the Speaker:
Born in Southern Ontario and joined the Navy in 1964. Spent 25 years as an Electronic Technician. After retiring from that he did various jobs and ended by doing 16 years as a Commissionaire. He enjoys the outdoors especially fishing, photography, and of course Geocaching.
